SEHO PowerSelective
The PowerSelective offers all in one: highest flexibility, absolutely reproducible results, high soldering quality even with demanding assemblies, low capital expenditure and the possibility to be upgraded step by step at a later date to suit subsequent production developments. The PowerSelective is provided with either a batch conveyor system or an inline conveyor system to be integrated into a fully automated production line and can handle assemblies up to 500 x 500 mm. The machine may be equipped with a miniwave soldering unit and a dip soldering unit, if needed even with a soldering unit for conventional wave soldering, thus covering all processes with only one machine at simultaneously small footprint.

A very special and absolutely unique feature of the SEHO PowerSelective is that product change-over or maintenance at the soldering unit can be made "on the fly". The production needs not to be interrupted but will be continued with the second soldering unit. To meet subsequent throughput requirements in the production, the PowerSelective may be extended with separate fluxer and / or preheat modules which will be installed in front of the machine. This reduces the cycle time remarkably.  Flexibility is also given in the handling of the assemblies. Both, bare boards as well as assemblies in carriers can be processed with the PowerSelective. 

The "heart" of the PowerSelective is a highly precise portal axis system. The two x- and y-axis with servo-drive ensure a reliable positioning of the assemblies and work with a repeatability of ± 0.1 mm. Another feature of the PowerSelective is the high precision flux control which not only monitors the function of the drop jet fluxer, but also the actual flux quantity which is applied to the board. This ensures highest process reliability and constant process conditions without any influence on the cycle time.

The KE-1080 as well as the KE-1070 are built using the same topology as the popular KE-2080 and KE-2070 Flexline^premium machines that show tremendous success in the marketplace. The two machines replace the popular KE-2060light and KE-2050light machines and represent new the Flexline^light product line. Juki's FX-3 and KE3020 motor driven electric feeder

Juki's  FX-3 and KE3020 motor driven electric feeder can feed sensitively for ultra small components, steadily and fast. With the electric feeder there is no need to stop the machine when replenishing components using the splicing function. This drastically reduces down time, allowing components to be easily replenished at any time.

With the electric feeder, feed pitch is simple to change with just the press of a button, and status is displayed by lighting of LED by the seven segment LED. Feeder loading and unloading is simple. Simply slide back to unload and slide in after loading the feeder.

Europlacer's iineo is widely configurable,
allowing for numerous different possibilities

Blakell Europlacer Ltd., is a designer and manufacturer of comprehensive SMT placement systems for the global electronics industry. Winner of the Global Technology and NPI Awards in 2008, the iineo platform features many enhancements to the Europlacer machine range such as a higher feeder count, increased board size and increased maximum component height.
